Based in Colchester, you’ll find our Central Support Office and business functions. Using their specialist expertise to ensure our colleagues and the people who live in our services have all the support they need on a day-to-day basis – from ensuring quality and compliance, to keeping our Finances in check, or supporting colleagues as a part of our People Team.

Interview and Meet & Greet
The next step will be a face-to-face interview with the Manager of the service for which you’ve applied. There will also be a chance to meet the people living in the service – so they’ll get a chance to meet you and be involved in the interview process.
Your Offer & Onboarding
If you’re successful at interview stage, we’ll be in touch to offer you the role and talk through the next steps on your Consensus journey. We’ll work with you to organise your free DBS check and gather references to ensure compliance prior to confirming your start date.
Induction
Your journey with us begins with a 3 day online induction with our Learning & Development Team, following by your induction at the service in which you’ll be working.
