Key Responsibilities

As a Deputy Manager, you’ll undertake many different tasks and be assigned a variety of responsibilities. Here are just some of the things you can expect when joining us in this role.

Help the people we support to engage in meaningful opportunities and activities – empowering them to enjoy a great life filled with amazing experiences.

Support the Service Manager to provide leadership to colleagues, promote a learning culture within the team, and deputise for the Service Manager where required.

Assist with the daily management and running of the service, delivering high-quality care as part of a team that focuses on using a person-centred approach.

Promote respect and effective communication throughout the service, allowing colleagues and the people we support to discuss ideas, concerns, and ensure their voices are heard.

Provides opportunities for leading and developing colleagues, championing them to achieve their full potential.

Maintain care plans, assessments, and identify areas for positive risks to be taken to allow the people we support to achieve their full potential, and live a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Our Deputy Managers assist the Service Managers to create outstanding environments. From supporting colleagues in developing their training and understanding of care practices, to identifying positive risks to allow the people we support to achieve their dreams. Through leadership and support, our Deputy Managers empower colleagues & individuals alike.
