With a keen eye for talent and great people, our in-house Recruitment Team are responsible for ensuring we hire the very best candidates in a variety of roles across the organisation – and play a vital role in supporting a seamless onboarding process.

Learning & Development

Our Learning & Development Team combines hands-on regional training together with digital learning experiences, ensuring our colleagues have all the tools they need to carry out their jobs, and provide opportunities for growth and progression.

Referrals & Partnerships

With an in-depth understanding of our services, our Referrals Team have strong links with internal and external partners to expertly match each person with the perfect home, and proactively build partnerships to ensure a seamless experience.

Finance

From budgets to bills, our skilled and experienced Finance Team provide the perfect support system for colleagues, partners, and the people we support – enabling us to focus wholeheartedly on providing exceptional care and support.

Quality

Working closely with our services, the Quality Team focuses on both quality assurance and continuous improvement – striving to ensure we consistently deliver the highest standard of care and refining our practices to enrich the lives of the people we support.

Marketing & Communications

The hive of creativity, our Marketing & Communications team are responsible for communicating the magic at Consensus – sharing stories, connecting teams, and shining a spotlight on our amazing people and their exceptional moments.

Property Services

The Property Services Team are a vital component in ensuring the safe and seamless operation of our services. By providing reliable and efficient support to colleagues with everything from maintenance to health and safety, they help to create comfortable environments for those we support.

Location: Depending on the role you apply for, you’ll either be based in the Colchester office, have the opportunity for hybrid working, or be field-based, regularly visiting services in the UK. Check the vacancy for location information.
