Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner

Our SBS Practitioners have a vital role in promoting high-quality person-centred support and meaningful engagement with the individuals who live in Consensus services.

Collaborating with our operations team, they are instrumental in assessing and supporting the transition and move-in of new supported individuals, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported in their new environment.

Bringing expertise in Positive Behaviour Support, this role empowers support teams with the right skills and strategies to provide the best possible care and guidance to our residents.

Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities

Our Registered Nurses play a pivotal role in providing specialist, compassionate care, and will be qualified in providing nursing care for people with learning disabilities.

With a deep understanding of individual needs, this role involves supporting with physical, emotional and social wellbeing. From assessing and planning care to medication management, this expert care helps to create a nurturing environment where the people we support can thrive and achieve exceptional outcomes.
