Support and surroundings go hand in hand. Working closely with professionals and families – as well as the people we support – our goal at Consensus is to provide services that are the perfect fit, allowing those who live there to achieve there full potential.

Residential Services

Our residential services are all unique and accommodate individuals in friendly and welcoming homes. The people we support need and deserve the very best care. With a small number of people living in each of our services we’re able to tailor everything we do to each person, making every day special. Our homes are carefully adapted houses in attractive residential areas close to shops, services, and community resources.

Supported Living Services

Our supported living services allow people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to grow and flourish, whilst promoting independence and responsibility. By having their own tenancy and maximum choice and control over their lives, individuals have a person-centred, bespoke support plan alongside their tenancy enabling them to live a full, active, meaningful life within their local community.

Day Centres

Our day centres provide opportunities for those living in our services or the local community, to come together, learn new skills, build friendships and have some fun. You can gain qualifications, work on interviewing skills in preparation for a job, get stuck into the days activities with our expert teams, and socialise with others in an comfortable, safe and accessible environment.
