With his suitcases packed and Liverpool FC hat at the ready, Stephen from Perrywood was ready to walk on with hope in his heart as he travelled up to the big city lights of Liverpool ready for an action packed overnight stay. Having supported Liverpool for a whopping 31 years, the main attraction of the stay was the eagerly anticipated tour around Anfield.
From the moment Stephen stepped foot into the stadium, he held his head up high and his smile was beaming from ear to ear. Exploring the dressing room where the players get ready before their big matches to walking down the tunnel towards the pitch, Stephen enjoyed every moment. He even had his photo taken with his favourite player (and best goal scorer ever) Mo Salah!
And no trip to Liverpool is complete without a visit to the infamous Beatles museum, where Stephen enjoyed learning all about the Beatles history and seeing the memorabilia. Followed by a well deserved pizza & beer after all the fun activities, the trip was spent making memories to reminisce on in the years to come.
