Meet the Green Boss of Grammar School House – Simon! Being crowned our Sustainability Champion of August, “the boss” has been helping bring the services own sustainability plan to life; doing his regular rounds to make sure people are reducing their food waste, recycling, saving water, and keeping the garden growing.
And most importantly, turning off all those light bulbs. If there’s a lightbulb left on, Simon will be there to (politely, but sternly) remind people to turn them off. Embracing everything sustainable, Simon also has his own lanyard to highlight his important role as the Green Boss.
Taking even more actions towards a sustainable future, he’s even instructed the team at Grammar School House to order a bigger recycling bin, ensuring no waste has to be discarded of incorrectly.
One lightbulb at a time, thank you Simon for making every effort to create a sustainable future. Keep up the good work – we all appreciate how wonderful you are.
