Kindness has a ripple effect – one kind act can inspire others, creating a wave of positivity that spreads throughout our entire organisation. With kindness being one of our core values, we’re building a culture where kindness is key.
And to recognise those embodying kindness, we’ve launched Kudos for Kindness. Celebrating colleagues each month for showing kindness, Kudos for Kindness allows our colleagues to nominate someone who has brightened their day through a small (or BIG!) act of kindness. Whether it’s assisting with a project, offering a listening ear, spreading good vibes, or simply recognising someone needs a cuppa, we’re celebrating those moments that make Consensus a Great Place to Work.
