The Perrywood gang are well known for their incredible holidays – making spectacular memories all over the globe! Well this Christmas time they decided there was really only one place to visit… Santa, at his home in Lapland. Stunning views, incredible experiences, and lots of layers to keep warm, here’s what they got up to…
Landing in Lapland for 4 day extravaganza, they were met at the airport by Santa’s elves – ready to get exploring. Grabbing their snowsuits (with some lovely minus temperatures going on!), the group embarked on the journey to the Snow Village and ice hotel. Taking in the beautiful sights of the ice hotel and carvings, everyone thought they were in a dream.
Next up on the agenda was the most unforgettable experience of them all, a beautiful husky sleigh ride through the icey forest. Making a fuss over the furry faces, the trip was off to an incredible start with once-in-a-lifetime experiences for everyone. Seeing the rare rainbow clouds in the sky (the northern lights were hiding away), the elves informed the group that they are even more rare than the northern lights, only occurring once a year normally – the perfect sky to a magical trip.
And then it was time for the big moment, seeing Santa. With excitement running through the group, Santa informed everyone they were on the nice list (phew!), and everyone couldn’t wait for Christmas day to soon roll around to see what goodies would be under the tree. Fitting in a visit to the reindeer farm, cooking making, a trip to a farmers hut, singing, games, a Christmas dinner – the group had a magical time in Lapland, and weren’t best pleased about leaving the most magical place.
