We’re proud to announce that we have placed 17th in the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development™. This achievement is a testament to our colleagues, who embody a culture of continuous improvement across Consensus; supporting one another to flourish in their career journeys.
The UK’s Best Workplaces for Development List recognises companies making employee development a key part of company culture. These workplaces offer employees the chance to better themselves, to learn new skills, and to progress within the organisation. They understand that development is not one-size fits all, and they actively support every single employee to undertake their own tailored journey of growth. Because of this, their people are fuelled by a sense of purpose, feel valued by their employer, and give their best to the organisation.
Our inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges our commitment to development, innovation and employee growth. This is the third consecutive year we have been recognised on the list, and we’re proud that for each of those years, development opportunities at Consensus have continued to strengthen – placing 33rd in 2024, to 18th in 2025, to now 17th in 2026!
To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development List, Great Place to Work® reviewed our culture, benefits, approach to leadership and development, alongside anonymous responses from our employees. They then used these data insights to benchmark our company’s employee value proposition against the culture our employees actual experience. Only the businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.
From our anonymous employee feedback, we can see that overall our team highly commends our dedication to ongoing learning, individual growth, and the culture of knowledge exchange across our business. 89% of our colleagues agreed “I am offered training or development to further myself professionally.”
