Who We Are
Our Commitment
We’re thrilled to announce that Consensus has officially been named on the UK’s Best Workplaces™ 2026 List by Great Place To Work for a third year running, ranking X in the UK in the Super Large Organisation category.
A place where every moment matters, we are always striving to create a place where colleagues can be their authentic selves; a place to grow, a place to flourish, a place to belong. Building a strong and united workforce, we’re dedicated to building a culture that is shaped around our values of kindness, commitment, and creativity; so we can provide the very best support to people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

Great Place To Work performed rigorous evaluations of hundreds of employee survey responses alongside Culture Audit™ submissions from leaders at each company to create the 2026 UK’s Best Workplaces List.
They then used these data insights to benchmark the effectiveness of companies’ employee value propositions against the culture their employees actually experience. Only those businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces status.
Since receiving our Great Place to Work certification again last year, alongside being recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women, Development, Wellbeing, Healthcare, and as a Super Large Organisation 2025. Last year, we had a 91% completion rate where results showed;
