Summer at Consensus usually means one thing – our amazing teams across the country are gearing up for our annual summer extravaganza. While it started out as a simple gardening competition, Consensus in Bloom grew into a celebration of all things summer encompassing sustainability, getting social in the sun and getting crafty with DIY. For the last three months, our teams have been showcasing their talents and their dedication to making every moment matter this summer.
The judges had a very difficult time choosing a winner, but we are happy to introduce our 2025 Champions:
Windsor Avenue!
They were crowned our winners for their simply magnificent garden makeover – the whole team and the people they support worked together over the last few months planning, decorating, painting and digging to create an outdoor space they could all be proud of. Now they’ve created a beautiful space for people to relax, enjoy the outdoors and spend time together as well as getting creative by using recycled materials for their designs and making sure to incorporate space for growing their own plants.

Ashbury House
Ashbury house wowed us with their garden makeover – giving it a really personal touch with each fence panel being designed and decorated by a different person living there, from the paint colour to the decorations and lights. Everyone worked together to make a truly meaningful change to their outdoor space.
Oakwell House
Oakwell House might be first-time entrants but they definitely got into the competitive spirit – they got to work turning their garden not only into a space to relax with plenty of flowers, but a functional allotment full of delicious veggies that they love to turn into homemade meals.
and Valley House
Valley House have been learning about the great outdoors together this summer – learning about growing veggies for their first harvest and sustainable garden practices like composting and natural pest control to make sure their garden is eco-friendly and functional as well as fun to visit!
