Every year, we celebrate the leaders across Consensus who have truly made every moment matter for the people that live and work here during our annual leadership awards.
This year, we created a new award in memory of an amazing colleague and friend who passed earlier this year, Natalie Kennedy. In Natalie’s time with us, she transformed the way we provide new services for people with complex needs. Her commitment and drive were unique but most of all her kindness and thoughtfulness – always putting the people we support at the heart of her actions.
Inspired by Natalie’s compassion and dedication to making a difference, this award recognised a leader who had made a significant, meaningful change to the lives of the people we support and led with care.
We were honoured to present Monica Bielskyte with the Natalie Kennedy Award for her unwavering commitment to the people we support.
