Every year, we celebrate the leaders across Consensus who have truly made every moment matter for the people that live and work here during our annual leadership awards.
This year, we were honoured to present two of our amazing colleagues with the Kindness Award, recognising managers who embody one of our core values by showing kindness not only in exceptional moments but also in everyday situations.
Emily Ruiz received the Kindness Award for her compassion and drive to make the people around her happy. Her team told us about the sad passing of someone they supported, and how Emily fought to make sure he was treated with dignity and was able to spend his time according to his wishes, surrounded by friends and love in his own home.
