Every year, we celebrate the leaders across Consensus who have truly made every moment matter for the people that live and work here during our annual leadership awards.
This year, we were honoured to present Daniel Moase with the Commitment Award, recognising a manager who is not just committed to the values of Consensus, but to their team and the people they support.
One of their nominations said, “Daniels commitment to be there for his colleagues goes beyond his team, but to anyone in his region who needs help. He is always approachable for advice no matter the subject and inspires us all with his leadership.” His colleagues said he always goes that extra mile, and always has time for his team, finding a solution where others see obstacles.
Daniel said, “It was a lovely surprise to receive the award and especially nice to know someone took the time to nominate me and for my commitment to the people we support and making their lives better to be recognised.”
