Who We Are
Our Commitment
Corby, Northamptonshire
Bannigans is a unique home supporting people with Prader-Willi Syndrome and learning disabilities in a warm, friendly setting. The people who live here are supported by their team to understand and take control of their lifestyle – making informed healthy decisions and learning valuable life skills so they can get involved in managing their own home and life.
Everyone living here has a busy, active lifestyle – people are always ready to celebrate and throw a party – whether it’s for Halloween, Pride Month, Birthdays… or just because they want to! If you go into any of the communal areas, you’ll find people cheering on their favourite football team, practicing singing along for their next concert or getting involved with running their home. Everyone loves to get involved with their local community, joining in with traditional outings such as the Corby Pole Fair.

Person-Centered
All care and support is tailored to the individual
“Staff respected people's individuality. People continued to be supported in a caring and inclusive way that was person centred … Visitors were welcome and people choose whether to receive their visitors in the communal lounge or dining areas or in the privacy of their own room.”
