The 2025 UK’s Best Workplaces in Healthcare™ list was launched this morning by Great Place To Work® UK, recognising Consensus among the list of organisations in the Super Large category.
We’re proud to share that this accolade is our 5th Best Workplace achievement in 2025, alongside being a Best Workplace as a Super Large Organisation, Women, Development, and Wellbeing. Continuously creating a culture of appreciation where our values of kindness, creativity, and commitment are embodied throughout, in FY24-25 we;
- Launched our EDI Charter to further solidify our dedication to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
- Celebrated an incredible 79 Every Moment winners and 6 Greatness winners being nominated by their peers and celebrated for their outstanding contributions to making Consensus a Great Place To Work.
- Proudly shared there is no gender pay gap at Consensus and women earn £1 for every pound that men earn – now that’s equality!
And so much more which can be seen in our latest Impact Report.
Great Place To Work® UK administered their research-backed Trust Index™ employee survey and analysed the responses of UK-based healthcare employees to determine the Best Workplaces™ list. The surveys asked employees to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security.
