Consensus is a provider, a community of amazing people, committed to sustainability.
Sustainability encompasses every action we take and the impact we make. This is reflected in our business practices, how we function as an employer, the places people call home, and our relationship with the world around us.
This week our 26 Sustainability Champions came together for the first of many meetings. From all corners of Consensus, the group includes service managers and team members, operational leaders, representatives from every central support team, and four of the people we support – all passionate about making a difference.
Our sustainability approach is centred on the power of everyday moments that make a real difference.
By making sustainable choices in our personal and professional lives, we can reduce our environmental impact and contribute to a more sustainable future. Together, our efforts can have a ripple effect that inspires others to make a change too.

And with so many thoughts and ideas flowing from the day, we’re confident that this group will be the driving force behind engaging everyone in some real fun, and making a real difference together.
