By holding their own tenancy, people living at the service will have their own home, whilst being supported 24/7 by a team to learn new life skills, achieve their goals, and enjoy every moment in their new home. There are 6 spacious self-contained apartments across 3 floors, with lift access, with a large open plan living space, double bedroom and bathroom.

The Old Maltings is located in a peaceful village location, with local shops, cafes and supermarket, and is ideally situated for people who enjoy the outdoors, with plentiful walking trails and greenspace. Just a 10-minute bus ride away, you will find the bustling market town of Bedford which has a variety of museums, shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. Bedford trainline provides a direct service to London in little over an hour.
