Who We Are
Our Commitment
Kettering, Northamptonshire
Smythe House is a warm and welcoming home that supports people with PWS to live independent, healthy lives, making sure they always have choice. People are encouraged to get involved with planning their own menus and cooking, and making decisions about their home. Everything is centered around the individual and their own goals; whether that’s finding work, starting a new hobby, or achieving a health milestone.
There’s always something fun going on – in the communal areas you’ll find arts and crafts days, movie nights or people getting together to plan their next outing. People love getting out to the local theatre, cinema and bowling alley together or with their friends and family. Getting outside and active is something people love to do, so there're regular walks through local country parks and even getting involved with doing forestry too!
