Prader-Willi Syndrome
With over 40 years’ experience of supporting those with Prader-Willi Syndrome, Consensus is home to 12 PWS specialist services. We’ve loved experiencing the amazing achievements of the people we support as they’ve learned to embrace healthier lifestyles and manage the day-to-day challenges. Our approach has evolved along with our people, to ensure we’re always offering the highest quality of care for the people we support – including education around food, providing choice, and positive risk-taking.
Autism
For autistic people, we understand that every individual has unique strengths and of course, challenges. We’re able to support those people who are able to live a little more independently to gain responsibility and achieve their goals, whilst also having many years of experience caring for adults who require additional support in the day-to-day. Working together, we create safe spaces to grow, carefully tailoring each environment to every individual.
Learning Disabilities
At Consensus, we recognise the unique challenges faced by people with learning disabilities and complex needs, and how often their ability to understand and process information can have an impact on communication and independence. Working together, we are committed to enabling individuals to lead a fulfilling life, seeing beyond a diagnosis.

Throughout our Referral process, the PBS team ensure a thorough assessment is completed, to enable us to provide both safe and effective care when offering a new home to an individual.
