Organisation Structure
SSCP Pegasus TOPCO Limited is the ultimate parent company the group of companies
trading as Consensus Support (“Consensus”). Consensus was established in 2005 and
supports individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs across over 90
services within the UK.
We employ in excess of 1,800 employees and provide residential, supported living and day
services and support to over 600 individuals.

Our Suppliers
Our supply chains include the procurement of agency staff, medical consumables, facilities
maintenance, utilities and waste management. We also procure goods and services from
organisations based within the UK.

Our policy on Slavery and Human Trafficking
We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our
supply chain or in any part of our business. Our anti-slavery policy reflects our commitment
to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and
enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not
taking place anywhere in our supply chain or our operations.

Action we are taking
To ensure that we are being effective in this area, the actions which we take and will continue
to take are:
• Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chain, so that we can mitigate
the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring;
• Ensure that all suppliers confirm compliance with the requirements of the Modern Day
Slavery Act (2015);
• Maintain open communication within our supply chain to ensure understanding of
expectation and compliance;
• Ensure that employees and managers are advised of the Company’s ethos and
principles in relation to anti-slavery and human trafficking; and
• Ensure that employees and managers are advised how to report any incidents they
know about or hear of in the workplace and/or through their association with others.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and
constitutes our organisations slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year
ending 2023.
