Every year, we celebrate the people across Consensus who have truly made every moment matter for the people that live and work here during our annual leadership awards.
One of these awards recognises a truly outstanding team – one who embodies teamwork and collaboration, working together to create meaningful change and provide the best support possible. But we couldn’t just choose one, and had three amazing teams crowned this year.
Church View
As one of our newly opened services, the team have quickly adopted the Consensus values and worked tirelessly to be role models of what a new service can be, welcoming people into their new home with uniquely tailored, person-centered support and a smile.
Ty Hendy
Ty Hendy has collaborative working down to a fine art. In true Ty Hendy fashion, most of the team were individually nominated by their colleagues anonymously for different awards, because they genuinely believe in lifting one another up and celebrating the accomplishments of their colleagues. This is just one example of their teamwork in action.
Sternhill Paddock
We were also excited to welcome our new colleagues from Creative Care into Consensus this year and hear all about the amazing teams joining us. They nominated Sternhill Paddock for their commitment, collaboration and compassion.
