Every year, we celebrate the leaders across Consensus who have truly made every moment matter for the people that live and work here during our annual leadership awards.
This year, we were honoured to present Natalie Turley with the Creativity Award, recognising a manager who embodies one of core values by showing creativity not only in the exceptional moments but the everyday too.
One of their nominations said, “No matter what happens, Natalie is ready to celebrate and always finds a new and surprising way to mark the achievements of her team. Whether it’s brightening up a rainy day by hiding rubber ducks around the house, making personalised certificates or handmaking scrapbooks for a colleague who is retiring.”
Natalie inspires us to innovate in the moments others don’t, whether it’s thinking out of the box to come up with fun rewards to mark colleague anniversaries, dreaming up accessible activities to share with other services or just new ways of doing daily tasks, she’s always using her imagination to improve the support she provides and her team.
