Every year, we celebrate the leaders across Consensus who have truly made every moment matter for the people that live and work here during our annual leadership awards.
This year, we were honoured to present Charlotte Aldridge with the Digital Champion Award, recognising her contributions to helping our digitalisation journey. Across Consensus, we’ve been introducing new digital systems to increase our productivity, safety and efficiency so we can provide even better care, and people like Charlotte have been championing and supporting the changes so all our colleagues can feel confident in the new systems. She’s helped us shape how we test, implement and improve our digital tools so they can be better for everyone.
Charlotte said, “I was really chuffed to win the Digital Champion award. Back in the day, before working in health and social care, I was a network communications engineer. So, anything tech related is my kind of thing and I truly believe in the benefits! Digitisation allows us to streamline our processes, update living support plans easily and share information with relevant professionals in a really easy way.”
