With 89% of Consensus colleagues happy with the training provided to progress their career (GPTW Survey 2025), we’re proud to continually be developing new opportunities for learning to support career progression and long-term growth, and that’s why the Stronger Us programme is so important. Compromised of 3 pathways to build strength, each module has been created to support our people, leaders, and teams;
Ten new eModules giving colleagues the tools to build Self-Compassion and resilience, nurture motivation and embrace a growth mindset. These resources are designed to help our people take care of themselves, so they can continue providing outstanding care for others.
Made up of almost thirty masterclasses, alongside optional coaching, will work in supporting our leaders to build their skills, confidence and resilience. By strengthening our leaders, we strengthen entire teams and services.
This strand will provide tailored support to help teams across Consensus work more collaboratively, communicate effectively, and achieve success together.
