Our residential services are all unique and accommodate individuals in friendly and welcoming homes. The people we support need and deserve the very best care, and with small services we’re able to tailor everything we do to each person, making every day special.

Our homes are in carefully adapted houses in attractive residential areas close to shops, services, and community resources.

Get In Touch

Local Authorities, Social Workers and other professionals can submit a referral directly to us via email referrals@consensussupport.com which will be reviewed by our Referrals Team.

We’ll be in touch to find out more information about the referral and share more information about our services to understand if we may be able to support and explore potential options.

Assessing Needs

A thorough understanding of specific needs is important in establishing the right fit, which means we carry out a number of assessments that enable us to meet with and understand the individual better.

Finding the Perfect Fit

We take great care in finding the perfect home and environment, and once we’re confident we’ve done that – we will create a support package that is tailored to the individual’s specific needs and appropriate service.

Supported Transition

We understand that transitioning to a new home can be a challenge – so we provide a planned transition period to allow individuals to get to know their new home, their support team, and to make the move as smooth as possible.

Moving In

We’re excited to help get each individual settled into their new home. Our team will be there to support them every step of the way, ensuring they have everything needed to thrive.

Since 2005, we’ve supported X of people to achieve their goals, and to experience both exceptional & every day moments.

We are the biggest provider for those with PWS in the UK. In the past 18 years we’ve supported more than 100 people with PWS.

In 2022, our longest reigning service Gretton House celebrated its 40th anniversary!

In 2023 we were recognised as one of the best ‘super large’ employers in the UK, achieving the Great Place to Work certification.

We are 100% compliant with CIW, and have X% of services in England with a rating of Good or Outstanding.
