We’re very proud that our Consensus Academy has been developed to offer tailored, useful training to our colleagues to help them thrive in their careers. From mandatory courses to masterclasses, we make sure our amazing teams are supported through every step of their journey with us; including our Inspire & Elevate programmes, designed to give skills, knowledge and confidence to colleagues who are ready to take the step into leadership.
This month, both of those classes welcomed their latest cohort of graduates.
A huge congratulations to our future deputy managers in the Inspire class; Bethany Tucker, Chris Scott, Evelyn Uwajeh, Jerry Jallah, Karthika Jayaprakash, Linda Beal, Martha Naali, Moses Gitau, Rhi Price and Tanyanyiwa Muchabaiwa.
And another round of applause for our future service managers in the elevate class; Alex Church, Andi Rose, Andreea Sosa, BillieAnn Monk, Daniel Nkwantabisa, Evie Kazanowska, Helen Downs, Leah Parker, Lizzie Saum, Richard Martin and Rodita Mallari.
We’re also celebrating some amazing promotions for our graduates – congratulations to Helen, who just started her first role as a service manager, and our three new deputies; Jerry, Bethany and Evelyn. We are so proud of all of our amazing colleagues who have committed to developing their skills so they can continue to make every moment matter.
