Our Leadership Academy supports service managers and deputies to thrive and grow – not only by making sure they have access to any mandatory training they need, but also with over 25 new Manager Masterclasses offering unique, tailored training in leadership, finance, safeguarding, mentorship and more.
Each one is led by someone with a passion and expertise for each subject, who can support every attendee to put their newfound mastery in practice and share their knowledge and experiences with one another.
With the first cohort coming to an end and the next one looking to start in the New Year, we caught up with some of the wonderful managers who have completed training to find out how they’ve been supported to expand their knowledge and flourish in their career.
