The festive cheer is certainly in the air, as it’s time to announce our fourth round of Every Moment Award winners – celebrating our fantastic colleagues who make a positive difference every day in all that they do.

“Jodie is God send her passion for people we support to achieve and partake in activities they want is recommendable. She is very creative and her ability to these is great. Always going above and beyond to plan the most memorable experiences for the people she supports, Jodie is always ensuring every moment matters.”
“Chelsea has been a valued member of the team for many years, contributing across a range of roles including Person-Centred Champion and, most recently, Art Ambassador. She has taken on these roles to create bespoke, person-centred materials that reflect the hopes, dreams, and concerns of the people we support.”
“Olivia is amazing at supporting people in unique and creative ways. She is always person centred, considerate and respectful of others. Liv always puts the guys first and ensures their views and preferences are at the forefront of every interaction. Her communication skills are exceptional, she is able to share the workload fairly with her colleagues and adapt her approach.”

“She is the most outstanding registered home manager who has massively changed the home for the better. Katerina has consistently supported me as a manager and the wider service, often stepping in during busy times to ensure that nothing was missed. She has proven herself to be a person I can trust to lead and rely on, even in challenging situations.”
“She is always coming up with fun new ideas and places with go with the individuals, pulling on her years of experience and knowledge of the individuals to cater activities and outings to each of their preferences. We have had some very fun theme days recently including Roald Dahl story day, Hobbit day and coffee cake day.”

“Zahra, always goes above and beyond for all supported individuals and staff she works with. Even though she is not a team leader she certainly works as though she is one and above. She has helped me immensely since arriving at Four Winds and is always ready to help. She has time and patience for all our supported individuals and is very kind and caring in all aspects of her role.”
“Charlotte has shown nothing but commitment since coming to Ollerton. Not only has she supported myself as part of the management team, she goes above and beyond each day to ensure that our supported persons have a better quality of life. She has built up some great relationships and is an asset to the home.”

“Shannon has not been here long and has taken on the huge challenge of supporting one of our most complex individuals. Her and the team came up with an idea of being able to get MB out more often and the idea was getting his own vehicle, this took many months of planning and organising but in the end had been extremely successful with MB now being able to go out in to the community 2-3 times a week which is amazing.”

As a dedicated Support Worker at Belstead Mews, Ugo consistently goes above and beyond his role, demonstrating unwavering commitment, compassion, and leadership. He is a leader, a learner, an advocate, and a true embodiment of the values, and his contributions continue to uplift the service and inspire those around him.”
“I would like to nominate Gopika for her exceptional ability to handle challenging situations. Her actions made a significant positive impact on the overall working environment within the service. Gopika consistently goes above and beyond, dedicating extra time and attention to the people we support and providing them with compassionate, person-centred emotional support.”
“Jade has built an amazing relationship with Matty and he had been talking about scattering his grandads ashes for over a year. matty has adhd and struggles to make and stick to a plan. Jade planned it for him to go to Blackpool pleasure beach and scatter them there. Matty was really pleased and it meant a lot to him and his mum who could not thank us enough.”
“Nothing is too much for her, she is always there to give a helping hand to others or share her knowledge and good practice with me. It’s a pure pleasure and an honour working with her. As far as I am concern, she is one of the best managers in the organisation and her hard work needs to be recognised.”
“She is is always smiling and making sure the people we support are well looked after. Angie is one who always make sure to check that medical appointments are attended and follow ups on results. She goes beyond of duty always.”

“Rachael joined Clare House family just over a year ago and she rose to a shining star. Rachael supported John on holidays in Blackpool in July. She not only planned and organised it but also volunteer to attend. She created excellent atmosphere for John but also made sure he attended all activities (and more) that he planned.”
