We are thrilled and overjoyed to share with you, the achievement and successes of our talented colleagues who have completed the first Cohort of the Elevate and Inspire Leadership & Development Programmes!
The Elevate Programme has been created to support Deputy Managers to be the best they can be and to be part of the succession planning, into a Service Manager role.
The Elevate Programme consists of 9 training days (1 each month for 9-months) encompassing, 14 subjects in 9 Modules designed to prepare our colleagues to complete the Level 5 in Health & Social Care Apprenticeship.

The Inspire Programme has been created to support Team Leaders to be the best they can be and to be part of the succession planning, into a Deputy Manager role.
The Inspire Programme consists of 6 training days (1 each month for 6-months) encompassing, 10 subjects in 6 Modules designed to prepare our colleagues to complete the Level 4 Lead Practitioner in Adult Care Apprenticeship.

Emma Bilton promoted to Service Manager at Parklands. Parklands recently had an inspection from the Care Inspectorate, Wales (CIW), Emma commented that she “felt so confident throughout the inspection and I had official feedback today and I have done very well!”
Stace Gilham promoted to Service Manager at Smythe House.
Leighanne Nugent promoted to Deputy Manager at Blossoms as well as already being the Deputy Manager at Steps Supported Living.
Zoe McLeod promoted to Deputy Manager at Deansbrook.
Nadine Rollings promoted to Deputy Manager at De Parys.
We had a celebration event to acknowledge the commitment and achievement of the successful completion of both programmes – congratulations to all our fantastic achievers who are striving to develop in themselves, and going above and beyond to make every moment matter for the people we support.
