Get In Touch

Local Authorities, Social Workers and other professionals can submit a referral directly to us via email referrals@consensussupport.com which will be reviewed by our Referrals Team.

A thorough understanding of specific needs is important in establishing the right fit, which means we carry out a number of assessments that enable us to meet with and understand the individual better.

Finding the Perfect Fit

We take great care in finding the perfect home and environment, and once we’re confident we’ve done that – we will create a support package that is tailored to the individual’s specific needs and appropriate service.

Supported Transition

We understand that transitioning to a new home can be a challenge – so we provide a planned transition period to allow individuals to get to know their new home, their support team, and to make the move as smooth as possible.

Since 2005, we’ve supported X of people to achieve their goals, and to experience both exceptional & every day moments.

We are the biggest provider for those with PWS in the UK. In the past 18 years we’ve supported more than 100 people with PWS.

In 2022, our longest reigning service Gretton House celebrated its 40th anniversary!

In 2023 we were recognised as one of the best ‘super large’ employers in the UK, achieving the Great Place to Work certification.

We are 100% compliant with CIW, and have X% of services in England with a rating of Good or Outstanding.

As a provider supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, DBS checks are an essential requirement of your employment with us. That’s why we cover the cost of all DBS checks when colleagues join us, and again through our three yearly rechecking process, ensuring that you can join us, and continue to work with us, without any financial burden.
