That's a wrap on Art & Possibilities Week 2025

It’s been a week of creative excellence and self-expression all across Consensus – it must be Art & Possibilities Week!

Inspired by the truly amazing artists we have living and working at Consensus, Art & Possibilities week is a chance for everyone to unleash their inner artist, get creative and have some fun. Each day brings a new challenge, new mediums of art to try, and another opportunity to experience the positive, therapeutic benefits of getting artsy.

Every day this week, our Art Ambassadors across the country led their services to try out fun new activities including baking, upcycling, sketching, writing and so much more. There were so many amazing moments (and plenty of smiles) to share:

Learning about different ways to use waste materials to play games, make crafts and avoid just going in the bin
Making the most of the sunshine with handcrafted suncatchers and window decorations
The Perrywood team all getting together to make a mural for their home
Everyone getting out in the garden to play a few rounds of bowling with their new homemade skittles
Valley House trying out new accessible art activities for people they support
Beautiful poetry and stories being written
Team Kingarth taking their creative writing day in a new direction by creating their very own ‘Book of Kingarth’ complete with history, old photos, stories and all about the people who live there.

And of course, plenty of budding new artists ready to show off their new skills.
