We are committed to ensuring an accessible and inclusive experience for all, including any virtual spaces. We are continually improving the accessibility and functionality of our service and making reasonable adjustments in line with the Equality Act 2010.

How we are meeting the requirements of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2

Text Size

Text size and spacing can be adjusted using our assistive toolbar, or by using your own browser settings.

Font Style

Font style can be changed to an easier to read format via our assistive toolbar.

Colour and Contrast

Contrast, backgrounds and colours can be changed via our assistive toolbar.

Images

Most images have been given alternative text for use with screen readers and other assistive technology.

Headings and Subheadings

Headings and subheadings have been used throughout to provide structure and clarity to the content.

Visual Content

Video content has an option for closed-captions where possible and does not contain flashing lights. Any scrolling content can be stopped with a cursor.

Translation

Most written content is compliant with translation software or plug-ins.

Screen Reading

Most written content is compatible with screen reading software or plug-ins.

Accessibility Issues

Consensus are aware that some users using keyboard-only navigation may not have full functionality of the site. We are also aware of issues with screen-readers not being able to read text featured in certain images.

This accessibility statement was reviewed on 1st August 2024 and will be reviewed again by 1st August 2025.
