I feel great since joining the Quality Checkers team because it gives me the chance to be a voice for people with learning disabilities especially people who might be nonverbal or struggle to tell people what they need. I’m learning new skills all the time and meeting new people.
My biggest achievement has been learning more about myself through this experience – learning new communication skills, learning more about the people around me and how I can help them.
Outside of work I’m very active, I love going to the gym and Zumba and tap, and wellbeing and relaxing. I always feel better after exercise.
I want to inspire people to have confidence and speak up for themselves.
