PWS Academy

Offering comprehensive learning and development programmes for the unique challenges faced at our specialist PWS homes, which support individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome. Our colleagues are provided with enhanced learning to equip them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver exceptional care and support to those living with PWS.

Learning Disabilities & Autism Academy

Dedicated to providing our colleagues working in specialist Learning Disabilities and Autism homes with the enhanced learning they need to provide exceptional care and support. This bespoke programme equips our colleagues with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to make a real difference to the lives of the people we support.

Supported Living Academy

Providing learning and development programmes for our specialist Supported Living service, our colleagues have access to enhanced learning, equipping them with the knowledge, skills and confidence. We recognise the importance of promoting independence and choice for the individuals we support, and our academy is designed to empower our colleagues to inspire great outcomes.

Forensic Academy

Our Deputy Managers assist Service Managers to create outstanding environments. From supporting colleagues in developing their training and understanding of care practices, to identifying positive risks to allow the people we support to achieve their dreams. Continuous improvement is always at the forefront, and through leadership and support, our Deputy Managers empower colleagues and individuals alike.

Service Manager

From ensuring the service runs smoothly and achieves quality excellence, to encouraging personal growth & development of the team, every day is unique. Through leadership and support, our Service Managers make a difference to their colleagues’ lives, alongside adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs – and are an integral part of ensuring everyone has the opportunity to flourish.
